Bij het wakker worden, kan uw blaas ge\u00efrriteerd zijn doordat uw urine meer geconcentreerd is. Probeer om dit vochttekort zo snel mogelijk aan te vullen door direct na het wakker worden een glas water te drinken.<\/p>\n<p>Als u gedurende de dag voldoende watermomenten cre\u00ebert, kunt u na de avondmaaltijd de vochtinname beperken. Zo voorkomt u dat u vlak voor het naar bed gaan nog moet drinken, en daardoor \u2019s nachts een ongelukje heeft.
