Over incontinentie wordt weinig gesproken, waardoor mensen zich snel alleen voelen. Zij vertelt ons hoe zij ondanks haar ongewild urineverlies geniet van een zorgeloos leven. Ze is werkzaam als receptioniste en dit geeft haar veel energie. In haar vrije tijd gaat ze graag sporten en winkelen met haar vriendinnen. Stilzitten? Daar houdt ze niet zo van. Toch kwam hier verandering in toen zij te maken kreeg met ongewild urineverlies.<\/p>\n<h3>Urineverlies tijdens het sporten<\/h3>\n<p>De eerste keer dat Linda merkte dat zij last had van ongewild urineverlies, was tijdens het sporten. Ze drinkt dan regelmatig water en soms krijgt ze ook aandrang om te plassen. Na een snel bezoek aan het toilet kan zij zonder problemen verder met haar oefeningen. Toch kreeg ze steeds vaker last van urineverlies. Met name op momenten dat ze meer inspanning moest leveren, druk zette op haar buik of als ze bukte. Hierbij verloor ze dan enkele druppels urine, en soms zelfs scheutjes. Dat irriteert tijdens het sporten. Het is ten slotte niet iets waar de meeste mensen het graag over hebben. Nadat ze informatie zocht op internet kwam zij uit bij Depend.
