Hiermee heeft u de zekerheid dat u zich op ongewenste, incontinente momenten goed kunt verzorgen en u kunt blijven doen wat u het liefst doet.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Incontinentiemateriaal \u2013 Uw incontinentiemateriaal is uw redder in nood, en mag dus zeker niet vergeten worden! Als u op pad gaat is het verstandig om voor alle zekerheid voldoende incontinentieproducten mee te nemen zodat u zich ook extra kunt verschonen als bijvoorbeeld wachttijden uitlopen. Incontinentiemateriaal is discreet te dragen en is daarnaast erg comfortabel. Wilt u er achter komen welk product voor u geschikt is? <a href=\"https:\/\/www.depend.be\/nl\/help-me-kiezen\/\">Doe de test!<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Vochtig toiletpapier \u2013 Als u naar het toilet gaat weet u nooit wat voor toiletpapier er aanwezig is en of er \u00fcberhaupt wel toiletpapier aanwezig is. Daarom is vochtig toiletpapier altijd handig om in uw tas te hebben. Het geeft u meteen een fris en schoon gevoel waardoor u gedurende de dag zelfverzekerd blijft.<\/li>\n<li>Desinfecterende handgel \u2013 Moet u onverwacht naar het toilet maar is het niet erg fris? Dan komt desinfecterende handgel altijd goed van pas. Ze zijn vaak verkrijgbaar in kleine verpakkingen die gemakkelijk in uw tas passen.<\/li>\n<li>Extra ondergoed \u2013 Als u het juiste incontinentiemateriaal gebruikt zou dit niet nodig zijn. Toch kan het mensen een zelfverzekerd gevoel geven om extra ondergoed mee te nemen voor het geval u een ongelukje heeft.<\/li>\n<li>Wegwerpzakjes \u2013 Wegwerpzakjes zijn altijd handig om mee te nemen zodat u uw gebruikte incontinentiemateriaal discreet weg kunt gooien.<\/li>\n<li>Een fles water &#8211; Bent u langer van huis? Dan is het nog steeds belangrijk om goed gehydrateerd te blijven.
