Indien u uw complete bestelling retourneert, krijgt u het volledige orderbedrag inclusief verzendkosten gecrediteerd, zodra wij uw retourzending in goede orde ontvangen hebben. Heeft u een voordeelbox bestelt en een van de verpakkingen geopend? Dan kunt u de gesloten verpakkingen retourneren en krijgt u het bedrag dat u voor deze gesloten verpakkingen betaald heeft, op uw rekening terug gestort. Dit doen wij zo snel mogelijk en in ieder geval binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst van uw retour, mits we de artikelen ontvangen hebben in de staat waarin ze aan u zijn geleverd. De terugbetaling vindt plaats via dezelfde betaalwijze als u gebruikt hebt om de bestelling te betalen.
